Responsibilites (but not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments
- All reception duties
- Switchboard duties
- Running errands and shopping
- Printing and binding
- Stationery ordering as well as equipment
- Booking of meeting rooms/boardrooms
- Travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal meetings/events.
Requirements:
Matric
Undergraduate degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification
5 – 7 years experience
Driver`s license
Strong administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Well organised
Ability to work well with others
Ability to take initiative
