About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Motus Corporation’s Hyundai Somerset West location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on new vehicles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of current automotive trends, technologies, and market conditions
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
