Job Summary
We are looking for a receptionist to serve in our Mossel Bay offices. The requirements for persons wishing to apply for the position are as follows: 1.Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a law firm (experience with Legal Suite software an advantage); 2.Must have excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook;3.Must have bookkeeping experience (bookkeeping qualification and experience with Sage Pastel an advantage);4.Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English; 5.Must be a non-smoker. 6.Must have own transport.
