Job Summary
Qualifications Required
- A 3-year Degree or Diploma (non-negotiable)
- Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA, Honours, PhD, CA(SA), or CIMA
Skills & Experience Required
- 5–10 years’ experience leading a business at a national or regional level
- Background in Trucking, Equipment, Machinery, Transportation, Logistics, or a product-based industry
- Strategic and operational mindset with strong leadership abilities
- Sharp business acumen and a proven track record of outstanding achievements
- Strong understanding of the Mozambican market, regulations, and business landscape (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Financial expertise to optimise budgets and drive cost efficiencies
- Experience in people management, coaching, and development
- Willingness to travel and conquer new frontiers!
