Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead by example, setting high standards for the sales team and fostering a culture of excellence. Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to maximize their potential and enhance their skills. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the sales team to excel. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team. Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with the team. Career Advancement: Identify and nurture talent within the sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Position yourself for further career advancement within our dynamic company. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a leadership position. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. High level of initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
