About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and innovative SALES & MARKETING MANAGER to lead the overall strategic direction of SALES, MARKETING and REVENUE GENERATION at our 5* hotel in Stellenbosch. With a focus on boutique-style operations and service, we offer all-suite accommodation, weddings, and functions as a significant portion of our annual revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across various markets and positioning the hotel as a leader in the winelands hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership (not 58, as the original stated minimum of 5* years is not clear)
