Requirements:
- Finance degree or relevant qualification (CPA preferred).
- 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with PanStrat is advantageous.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Critical thinking skills with a strong sense of professional skepticism.
- Independent and confident in questioning costs and decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patience and a results-oriented approach.
