Minimum Requirements
- Nursing diploma/degree
- SANC registration
- 3–5 years of hospital clinical experience
- Medical aid authorization and case management exposure
- Clinical pathways
- ICD10/CPT coding,
- Strong administration
- Stakeholder communication
- Hospital system proficiency
- Ethical patientcentric care.
Key Responsibilities:
Case coordination
Clinical management
Medical aid liaison
Utilization & cost management
Patient advocacy and discharge planning.
