Minimum Requirements

• Nursing diploma/degree
• SANC registration
• 3–5 years of hospital clinical experience
• Medical aid authorization and case management exposure
• Clinical pathways
• ICD10/CPT coding,
• Strong administration
• Stakeholder communication
• Hospital system proficiency
• Ethical patientcentric care.

Key Responsibilities:

Case coordination
Clinical management
Medical aid liaison
Utilization & cost management
Patient advocacy and discharge planning.
