This position oversees the 24 hour Restaurant, In Room Dining, Mini Bar and Pool service. No two days are the same, and you will be working with a driven team where quality, personality and top-class hospitality are the heartbeat of the operation. What is needed Diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management Minimum 4 years experience in 4 or 5 star Hotel or Fine Dining At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role Highly presentable with strong communication skills Computer literate, including POS and stock systems (Micros experience is a bonus) Flexible for weekends and public holidays Exposure to WSET, Micros or Micros Control is a bonus ?
