Responsibilities:

Develop concept designs, feasibility studies, and master plans for projects. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and construction documents . Assist with site inspections and supervision , ensuring compliance with design specifications. Liaise with planning authorities and relevant stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals. Conduct market research and cost estimations for project planning. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to coordinate architectural components. Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client proposals. Ensure all projects adhere to building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability principles . What Were Looking For: A degree in Architecture or a related field . A professional warrant or registration is an advantage. Experience with planning authority policies, procedures, and approvals . Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office . A keen eye for design, detail, and spatial planning . Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
