Job Summary

BSc/Beng/BTech in Architecture/Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years in the role of BIM Coordinator for Architectural stages 1 to 5. Minimum 5 years` experience working for an architectural company/firm. Minimum 1 year as direct support to a Project Manager or Project Leader. Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in construction or design of projects. Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols. Familiarity with local and international BIM regulations. Proficiency in BIM related software (Required): Extensive experience in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Build Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Build and BIM 360. Proficiency in BIM related Revit Add-ons and software (preferred):, Autodesk Formlt, DiRoots, Autodesk Interoperability Tools, PyRevit, Twenty-Two, Spatial Elements, BIM CTC Suite and CodeBook. Oversee the implementation of BIM processes across multiple projects. Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans. Provide training and support to project teams, ensuring model integrity. Facilitate design collaboration and BIM coordination meetings. Manage and maintain Revit content libraries and software tools.
