About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager | Dealer Sales to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You should have a proven track record of success in B2B sales or account management, with a deep understanding of the motor retail sector and its revenue drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop dealer relationships to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and support to dealers on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an automotive dealership environment
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply
  • Own car essential for travel and networking purposes

Qualifications

  • Motor Trade or Insurance Sector background (not specified, but preferred)
