Job Description
Reporting to: the Director / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following key functions on residential & commercial projects:
- Preparing cost reports
- Attending client and site meetings
- Preparing estimates
- Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
- Working with JBCC contracts
Qualifications
BSc/BTech QS
Skills
- Proficiency in WinQS and DimX software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years experience
