Job Description
The Change Management Administrator will provide essential support in executing change management activities for the SAP S/4HANA project. This role will assist in documentation, communication, training coordination, and general administrative support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in maintaining change management documentation, including impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans.
Support the execution of change management activities such as workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Prepare and distribute change-related communications, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
Track and monitor employee engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics.
Maintain a repository of change-related reports, dashboards, and project updates.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
Provide administrative support to the Change Manager, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.
Liaise with HR, IT, and business units to facilitate smooth change processes.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, HR, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a change management or ERP project.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
Prior experience in SAP environments is advantageous.
