About the Role
The Change Management Administrator will provide essential support in executing change management activities for the SAP S/4HANA project. This role will assist in documentation, communication, training coordination, and general administrative support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining change management documentation, including impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans.
- Support the execution of change management activities such as workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare and distribute change-related communications, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
- Track and monitor employee engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics.
- Maintain a repository of change-related reports, dashboards, and project updates.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Change Manager, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.
- Liaise with HR, IT, and business units to facilitate smooth change processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a change management or ERP project.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
