This brigade of chefs jointly create an inspiring selection of beautifully plated tasting menus under an acclaimed SA Top Chef.

ProStaffSelect are in search of a focused young chef who understands the level of this type of cuisine and who’s passionate about food, always timely, reliable, adaptable and detail oriented.

REQUIREMENTS:

A recognized professional/classical/formal culinary qualification

Minimum 4 years industry work experience within Fine Dining / 5 -star standard establishments

Culinary strengths in Hot & Cold Kitchen with experience in plating of multiple components

Must be adaptable to working off different menus on a weekly basis

Effective communication skills and proficient in English & an outgoing personality

Must be comfortable creating new dishes with SEVERAL detailed plating components and INNOVATIVE garnish ideas.

Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically.
