ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly skilled CHOCOLATIER to lead, develop and promote this premier brand. A candidate that has held a senior or head pastry chef position with a strong focus on decorative and sculptured chocolate work, pralines and truffles, garnishes, two-tone colouring, crystalline structure, flavour pairings, fruit products & product development. A candidate that is confident to do presentations, chocolate demonstrations & professional training to industry pastry chefs (NOT the general public) REQUIREMENTS: Recognized qualification in a formal Cheffing & Pastry School Experience as a Senior Pastry Chef / Chocolatier within a leading 5-star hotel or similar environment Advanced technical and creative skills in a wide range of chocolate work Exceptional communication and presentation skills to conduct training and demonstrations Confident sales-focused personality with excellent people skills A Brand Ambassador to represent the company at trade shows and key industry events A dynamic, pro-active and self-driven individual
