Job Description

You will be reporting to the Lead Engineer, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the design, project management, contract administration within the civil department.
  • Maintain high-quality designs and technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Design software knowledge
  • Good understanding of industry codes and standards
  • Checking and verifying designs
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

  • BSc /BTech in Civil Engineering
  • ECSA registration Pr Eng/Pr TechEng – advantageous

Skills

  • MS Office Applications, MS Project
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil Designer, Civil 3D
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in municipal engineering design services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
  • Experience in Stormwater, water, sewerage
  • Strong background in civil engineering, with experience in designing infrastructure projects
