About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced CNC Operator and Programmer to join their team. As a key member of our production floor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of our CNC milling machines. With your strong technical skills and attention to detail, you will play a crucial role in meeting our quality and deadline standards.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications
Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines
Ensure work meets required quality and tolerance standards and deadlines
Inspect and verify accuracy of finished components

Requirements

Recognised trade test qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience in the engineering or metal industry
Physically fit and able to handle tools and materials
Good hand-eye coordination and strong practical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Sound communication skills in English (read, write, and understand)

Completed recognised trade test qualification
