The Craft: Creating standout job adverts, polishing candidate CVs, and managing the entire administrative process with clients. The Matchmaking: Conducting interviews aligned with client expectations, arranging interviews, and managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement. The Relationships: Building deep, positive connections with both clients and candidates, while keeping a sharp eye out for new business opportunities (yes, a bit of cold calling is part of the adventure!). The Details: Conducting thorough reference and background checks, preparing offers of employment, keeping internal systems flawlessly updated, and collaborating in our weekly team meetings.
