• Knowledge of basic pastry techniques and baking
• Good understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good English communication skills

• Assist with preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
• Support senior pastry chefs with daily operations
