is partnering with a Luxury Safari Group in Tanzania to recruit an experienced to join their team. A leading hospitality group in Tanzania seeks a seasoned, field-strong Concession Manager to lead a Wildlife Management Area. This boots-on-the-ground role demands a solid ecological background and clear judgment to balance conservation integrity with tourism. You will drive stakeholder liaison, coordinate anti-poaching efforts, oversee conservation work, and deliver infrastructure and community initiatives across multiple villages. The mission is to protect landscape health, uplift communities, and ensure safe, exceptional guest experiences in a remote, high-impact wilderness setting. ● Training in ecology or a related Diploma or degree in Wildlife Management or Nature Conservation ● Minimum 5 years’ field experience in a similar role. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office; GIS experience is advantageous. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to manage field teams and liaise with rural communities effectively. ● Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. ● Comfortable working independently in remote, high-demand environments. ● Self-disciplined, adaptable, and highly motivated. ● Strong personal integrity with a collaborative, humble work style. e ● Maintain strong community and stakeholder relationships ● Oversee roads, anti-poaching assets, and patrol logistics ● Manage GPS tracking, fuel, safety, rations, and vehicles ● Contribute to budgets, control costs, and track inventory ● Plan and oversee routine maintenance and repairs. ● Run ecological monitoring and habitat care. ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
