Job Description

Our client is recruiting:

Our client is a young engineering consulting company operating in the energy sector applied to urban and railway transport, they are recruiting a Works Supervision Engineer (Construction Project Engineer). You will work very close to site operations on exciting projects such as the western extension of the RER E line, the construction of the Grand Paris lines, the creation of 3,200 V substations, the development of the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges maintenance facility, and the future CDG Express line.

Your responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the execution of works in accordance with plans, specifications, and established standards
Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality requirements
Carry out regular site visits to ensure the quality of the works and compliance with safety, quality standards, and applicable regulations
Coordinate the various stakeholders on site (contractors, subcontractors, etc.)
Ensure communication between the different project stakeholders and manage interfaces
Prepare progress reports, site meeting minutes, technical reports, and deliverables in compliance with the MOP law
Manage technical documentation related to the construction works
Manage any modifications or adaptations required during construction
Propose technical solutions in the event of site-related issues
Participate in the acceptance of works in collaboration with the project owner, verifying compliance of the completed works

Your profile:

Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably specialising in Electrical Engineering, with ideally some initial experience in an industrial environment or engineering consultancy related to railway and/or urban transport infrastructure
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and an affinity for site-based work
Knowledge of electrical standards and applicable regulations
Knowledge of CANECO, DIALUX, SIGNON Suite (ELBAS), and AUTOCAD software is an advantage
