About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cost Engineer to oversee cost estimation, budget control, and financial reporting for major projects in Dammam and Ras Tanura. If you have 5-7 years of direct experience working on Saudi Aramco projects, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments.
As a Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for cost forecasting, financial risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco’s financial and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, expenditures, and financial risks to ensure budget compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Conduct cost variance analysis, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
• Ensure all cost control procedures align with Saudi Aramco’s financial policies and reporting standards.
• Utilize cost management software, Primavera Costing, SAP, and other financial tools for cost tracking.
• Identify and mitigate potential financial risks and budget overruns.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and present financial insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost control and estimation within Saudi Aramco projects.
Saudi Aramco experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of cost engineering principles, budget planning, and financial risk assessment.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and other cost management tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
Experience working in Dammam / Ras Tanura is a plus.
