Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Tour Costings: Creating tour costings for all contracted agents. Developing tour costings for all suppliers. Invoice Management: Checking supplier and agent invoices for accuracy and compliance. Credit Management: Managing credits arising from normal business operations. Ensuring proper documentation of credits. Following up with suppliers and agents to secure credits with the correct documentation. Team Management: Overseeing the work of tour consultants and consultant assistants. Communication and Coordination: Acting as the communication bridge between the Accounts and Tours departments. Ad-Hoc Support: Assisting the Managing Director with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification. Experience in the tourism industry (preferable). Basic accounting knowledge with some experience in costings. Experience in accounts (debtors, creditors, invoicing etc). Strong communication skills 1 st language Afrikaans or totally bilingual.
