Credit Control Manager | Bellville | Contracts Management Company We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a leading national catering, cleaning, and facilities management services group, location in Bellville’s head office. The role requires strong financial management, risk control, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on minimizing bad debt and ensuring efficient collections. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement credit control policies and strategies. Manage debt collection, aged debtors reporting, reconciliations, and write‑offs. Oversee invoicing, credit notes, and payment allocations. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Lead and mentor a team of 4, driving performance and morale. Collaborate with operations and senior management to support business objectives. Produce regular reports and manage high‑risk accounts. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 years’ experience in credit control management within a fast‑paced environment. Proven leadership experience managing teams of 8 staff. Advanced MS Office proficiency. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Salary info: Competitive package of approx. ZAR 30,000 CTC.
