Key Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them into modern workplace solutions. Configure and deliver Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Viva. Build automation and reporting solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Plan and manage data and document migrations, using tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint. Lead workshops, solution design sessions and user adoption programmes. Provide technical documentation, governance guidance, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Requirements 35 years experience implementing Microsoft 365 workplace solutions. Strong hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva. Proven experience with Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI). Exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API and third-party migration tools is advantageous. Solid understanding of governance, compliance and security in Microsoft 365. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, MS-600) will be beneficial.
