• Analyse business requirements and translate them into modern workplace solutions.
• Configure and deliver Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Viva.
• Build automation and reporting solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Plan and manage data and document migrations, using tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions and user adoption programmes.
• Provide technical documentation, governance guidance, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience implementing Microsoft 365 workplace solutions.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva.
• Proven experience with Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI).
• Exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API and third-party migration tools is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance and security in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, MS-600) will be beneficial.
