Responsibilities:
Performing an in-depth assessment of the company`s integrated engineering infrastructure, considering its overall reach and size. Determining suitable engineering strategies to align with the company`s present and anticipated business goals Forecasting the financial resources needed for the engineering department`s investments and day-to-day activities Assessing the potential hazards and vulnerabilities within the company`s engineering operations across all divisions. Implementing effective methods for tracking and evaluating expenses throughout the engineering process Establishing a formal reporting system to enable prompt and effective responses to engineering issues Actively promoting the company`s objectives throughout its entire technical supplier network Guiding and motivating a varied team with forward-thinking and encouraging leadership Acting as the company`s delegate at various industry and sector-specific events PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
