Our client, a major player in Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas industry, is seeking a highly experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join their engineering team for a 2 – 4-year fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to large-scale industrial projects in one of the world’s leading energy sectors.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems across various projects.
- Ensure reliable operation and safety of control systems in high-demand environments.
- Drive project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and optimize automated systems and process control strategies.
- Conduct technical reviews, troubleshooting, and provide hands-on support across all project phases.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in instrumentation and control engineering, preferably within the oil and gas or industrial sector.
- Proven project management experience overseeing large-scale instrumentation/control system installations and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of process control systems, automation platforms, and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
