Job Description
- NQF Level 7 qualification in a relevant field ideally
- Formal training in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Coupa systems administration experience (highly advantageous)
- Project management qualification (advantageous)
- Knowledge of JDE Distribution Module (beneficial)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion SCM usage and implementations
- At least 2 years’ experience in Coupa administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and related processes
- Proven experience in business process mapping for ERP systems
- Exposure to multiple business systems outside ERP (e.g. mining or plant processing environments) will be beneficial
- Experience with databases and a detailed understanding of table structures
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules
- Provide technical support for the assigned modules while maintaining a common system template
- Engage extensively with operational sites to understand and meet business requirements
- Improve overall SCM performance within ERP and Procurement systems
- Manage system interfaces between Oracle Fusion and Coupa
