Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent/Consultant/Expert for their team. There will be some flexibility around work hours.
Location: Cape Town Southern Suburbs
Requirements:
- 4 years travel experience
- First hand core destination experience (Sub-Saharan Africa)
- Proven sales experience
- Computer literate at an advanced level
- Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
- Knowledge of GDS/flight operating systems an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Curating high-end, tailor-made travel packages for a wide range of traveler segments
- Taking responsibility for the sales process from start to finish (including: planning, costing, refining & confirming -> post travel communications)
- Taking warm sales leads and converting them
- Presenting customised itineraries to clients
- High end customer service
- Responsibility to keep abreast of the industry`s developments
- Maintaining up to date commercial knowledge
