FACIALIST – Beauty & Skin Care (all-rounder)
SEA POINT – Atlantic Seaboard, Western Cape (ZA)
START: A.S.A.P / 01 December 2025
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday Saturday
- 08:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 19:00 (shifts rotate)
- Sundays & Major Public Holidays – CLOSED
REPORT TO: Manager
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R8,500 – R11,000 per month (Based on desired skills)
- 10% Service & Retail Commission (once basic has been generated)
- Tiered performance bonuses
- Skills development program – guaranteed growth to max Basic Salary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer employment permits)
- Internationally accredited qualification in Skin Care Therapy / Cosmetology / Somatology or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-year Diploma)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited qualification
- Must be certified to perform Facial Electrical
- Have reliable transport into Sea Point or reside within vicinity
- Confident in delivering professional Skin Care services and offer relevant home care prescription
- Highly knowledgeable on Skin Care, Ingredients, Actives and Skin technologies
- Excellent client rapport & retention abilities
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2+ years employment experience in salon or spa
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with demanding clients
- Cruise Ship experience is highly beneficial
- Confident performing all standard SKIN CARE including
- Facials & Skin Care (Peels & Facial Machines included)
- Home Care advise & prescription
- Waxing & Hair Removal (Face & Body)
- Standard Grooming services (Tinting & Shaping)
