About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facialist to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Sea Point, Western Cape. As an all-rounder in beauty and skin care, you will provide exceptional services to our clients and contribute to the success of our spa. With a strong focus on delivering professional skin care services and excellent client rapport, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and committed to providing outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all standard skin care treatments including facials, peels, and facial machines
  • Provide home care advice and prescriptions to clients
  • Offer waxing and hair removal services (face and body)
  • Conduct standard grooming services (tinting and shaping)
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area at all times

Requirements

  • Internationally accredited qualification in Skin Care Therapy / Cosmetology / Somatology or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-year Diploma)
  • Must be certified to perform Facial Electrical treatments
  • Reliable transport into Sea Point or reside within vicinity
  • Excellent client rapport and retention abilities
  • Highly knowledgeable on Skin Care, Ingredients, Actives, and Skin technologies

Qualifications

  • CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited qualification

Salary & Benefits

  • R8,500 – R11,000 per month (based on desired skills)
  • 10% Service & Retail Commission (once basic has been generated)
  • Tiered performance bonuses
  • Skills development program – guaranteed growth to maximum Basic Salary
