About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa and Wellness Manager to join our luxury 5* hospitality environment at Craven Cottage CC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit reports to Head Office in a timely manner
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Complete end of day revenue reports accurately and correctly
- Ensure all room charges are correctly and promptly charged
- Drive staff development and training
- Take charge of maintenance management
- Deliver high-quality spa services and procedures
- Design and execute wellness activities, retreats, and events
- Promote wellness programs through in-house guests
- Lead monthly stock take reports with team support
- Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility
- Maintain a neat, clean, and hygienic working environment
Requirements
- Diploma in International Beauty Therapy (ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Spa Manager role within a luxury 5* hospitality environment
- Well-versed in all aspects of the spa’s operations
- Display deep knowledge and understanding of nutrition, exercise, mind-body connection, wellness, yoga, meditation
