MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma / Degree At least 3 years experience in a similar role Must have a passion for farming Previous experience with livestock (game, cattle, goats & sheep) essential In depth experience with production (irrigation) lucerne & maize Strong management and communication skills Ability to motivate and work with staff Maintenance and mechanical orientated Must have high levels of creativity, honest, driven, organised & practically minded Valid drivers license ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
