About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lodge Anchor to join our team in a live-in position at a luxury lodge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and hosting skills
  • Manage front office operations and guest relations
  • Coordinate logistics and activities for guests
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum 24 years experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Qualification in Hospitality Management (advantageous)
  • Experience in guest relations, front office, or hosting roles
