Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join a luxury food and beverage consultancy situated in the heart of the Kruger National Park. This live-in role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction

• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to uphold high standards of professionalism and efficiency

• Collaborate with culinary and management teams to enhance the overall guest experience

• Manage stock control, costings, and supplier relationships to maintain profitability and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations

• Drive innovation in service delivery and beverage offerings, maintaining alignment with the propertys luxury standards

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Formal qualification in hospitality management or a related field preferred

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls

• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience

• Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment

Package:

• Salary: R30,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience)

• Live-in position
