Job Description
- Weekly staff capturing for cost allocations
- Capturing and coding of reimbursement expenses
- Processing weekly wages for two entities
- Completion and submission of BIBC benefit reports
- Creditor reconciliations
- Capturing and allocating stock
- Bank account reconciliations
- Purchase order processing
- Capturing supplier invoices
- Month-end capturing to QuickBooks
- Customer invoicing and receipt processing
- Maintain subcontractor loan accounts
- Monthly general journal entries
- Reconcile intercompany loan accounts
- Resolve discrepancies on sales reports
- Maintain asset register
- Add beneficiaries on bank
- Load payments
- Ensure all invoices are VAT compliant
- General administrative duties
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping (advantageous)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on bookkeeping experience in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Skills & Competencies
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Experience working on an accounting package (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (non-negotiable), including formulas and filters
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Strong integrity, consistency, and reliability
- Comfortable with routine and recurring process

reliability, and adherence to internal controls have been demonstrated. Excel proficiency may be assessed during
the interview process.
