A career opportunity exists at CHROME CARRIERS, RUSTENBURG for the position of:

FLEET CONTROLLER – JUNIOR

Job Summary:

• Training period to be functional in various departments within the Company i.e., driving time on the truck, workshop, fleet control, call centre, marketing etc.

AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRAINING PERIOD:

• Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, etc)
• Assign tasks to drivers
• Track shipments and deliveries
• Constant monitoring of performance and efficiency & finding ways to improve productivity
• Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition
• Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs

Requirement:

• Matric
• Computer literate
• Excel (compulsory)
• Experience in fleet management (controller) will be an advantage
• Own Transport
