⭐ NEW Front of House Vacancy – North West Province Receptionist / Guest Relations – Luxury Safari Lodge – Madikwe Game Reserve ➡️ Live-in Role | R8,000 – R10,000 DOE | 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and guest-focused Receptionist / Guest Relations team member for a luxury safari lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys guest interaction, lodge operations, and is willing to assist with hosting activities and guest meals when required. Key Responsibilities • Manage front office operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations support • Deliver warm, professional guest service and handle guest queries with confidence • Assist with hosting guest activities, meals, and lodge events when required • Manage guest communication, schedules, and daily lodge coordination • Maintain accurate guest records, billing support, and administrative tasks • Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences • Uphold luxury lodge service standards at all times Requirements (Essential) • Previous experience in a luxury lodge or high-end hospitality environment • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook • Excellent people skills with a confident, guest-facing personality • Experience using hospitality or reservations software – essential • Valid driver’s licence and own transport Beneficial Experience • Experience with Benson or Tall Order systems advantageous Package • Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) • Live-in accommodation provided • Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off • Opportunity to grow within a luxury safari lodge environment To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP.
