Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent service delivery, financial performance, and the highest Hilton brand standards.
Key Functions

1. Operational Leadership
   Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and special events.
2. Team Management
   Recruit, lead, train, and develop F&B teams to achieve operational excellence and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
3. Customer Service
   Ensure a superior guest experience by monitoring and upholding high service standards and promptly resolving any F&B-related issues.
4. Revenue Management
   Contribute to maximizing F&B revenue through effective promotions, menu engineering, and cost control strategies.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
   Prepare, analyze, and manage departmental budgets; track expenses; and generate regular performance reports.
6. Compliance & Standards
   Ensure all F&B operations meet Hilton brand standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in an internationally branded hotel in a similar leadership role, with a focus on Food & Beverage.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in OPERA Property Management System and Micros Point of Sales is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and budget management within F&B operations.
• Working experience in Africa.
