Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Front of House Manager Luxury Lodge – Timbavati, Mpumalanga Requirements · Matric · Tertiary qualification preferably tourism/hospitality related · Certifications relating to computer skills, team management, FOH/Lodge Management · At least 5 years’ experience in the tourism industry · Knowledge of Innkeeper and NightsBridge preferable · Excellent computer literacy skills · Valid and up to date First Aid Certificate · Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal · Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with all staff · Dedicated, committed, loyal and trustworthy · Must have a valid driver’s license – PDP is preferable · Physically and mentally fit and preferably a non-smoker · Strong leadership skills and team coordination · Organizational skills, results orientated and highly motivated · Basic financial acumen/financials Responsibilities · All FOH management duties – guest relations, communication with reservation team regarding guest requirements, guiding allocations and management of private vehicles · Staff/HR – management of all staff, recording of leave, F&B, Housekeeping · Administration – stock control, month end stock counts, petty cash management, balancing of guest monies received Package on Offer · Salary – R 10 000 – R 12 000 pm DOE · Single accommodation · Meals · Uniform · Optional pension fund Starting date: ASAP
