About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at a 17-roomed resort on a working farm, located 30 km from the nearest town. As the face of our lodge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including reception, front desk, and concierge services
  • Process reservations, handle cancellations, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist with placing orders, receiving goods, and invoicing vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star guest house or resort environment
  • Strong administrator with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong reservations and reception experience
