Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with proven experience in building responsive, performant web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize user interfaces that interact seamlessly with AI-powered backend services, delivering a smooth and engaging experience for users of our AI-driven meal-planning platform. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to turn complex AI recommendations into intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain web and mobile interfaces for the AI-powered Chef AI platform. Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components using modern frameworks (React, React Native, or Vue.js). Integrate frontend applications with backend services, including LLM-driven APIs and real-time AI outputs. Implement data visualizations, interactive recipe planning tools, and AI-driven content displays. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes into functional interfaces. Ensure frontend applications follow security, performance, and accessibility best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing and CI/CD workflows. Contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend workflows, performance optimization, and user experience. Required Skills & Experience: 3 years experience in frontend development for web and/or mobile applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, React Native, or Vue.js). Experience integrating frontend apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or event-driven backends . Familiarity with state management frameworks (Redux, MobX, Vuex, or similar). Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control . Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI-powered applications or integration with LLMs/AI APIs . Knowledge of real-time updates, caching strategies, or offline-first app design. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other design-to-development tools. Exposure to performance monitoring and frontend optimization tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals). Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Curious and passionate about AI-driven products and user experience . Able to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
