Exclusive Tented Camp in need of a Camp Manager Matric / Grade 12 A tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related field will be an advantage Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong working knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Apex, Micros, eRes, or similar) Excellent understanding of housekeeping, front office, F&B, and maintenance processes Proven experience managing teams in a busy hotel or lodge environment Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities  Guest-centric mindset  Problem-solving ability and sound decision making Financial acumen and understanding of cost controls Valid driver’s license and RSA ID
