This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. The group serves a small, consistent menu its all about mastering the craft, not reinventing it. What Theyre Looking For: Strong culinary background ideally a Head Chef ready for a new challenge Rock-solid managerial skills Admin savvy & detail-oriented Strict on hygiene standards Highly organised with great communication skills A natural pre-planner and proactive problem-solver Excellent stock control abilities Valid manual driving licence Ability to cook (simple menu, but done exceptionally well!) Warm, guest-focused approach Package: ?
