A leading bank in Kenya is seeking a Group Director, Operational Risk to lead the execution of its Group Operational Risk Framework and drive a robust risk culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the rollout and execution of the Operational Risk Framework across the bank. Oversee a high-performing team, fostering a culture of proactive risk management. Provide critical insights and reports to the Risk Management Committee and senior leadership. Ensure operational risks are effectively managed through clear, actionable performance dashboards .
