This is a remote position.
Our client, a leader in the UK medical field, is seeking a strong Project Manager to design, build, and lead the go-to-market strategy for an exciting new medical AI product. You will turn strategic goals into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the platform reaches the right audience with measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the product, thrives in both strategic and operational roles, and works independently to deliver results.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Strategy & Roadmap

Define and implement product and GTM strategy aligned with KPIs (user growth, engagement, conversion).

Translate business objectives into actionable projects and launch plans.
2. Project Execution & Delivery
-
Lead planning, tracking, and delivery of product features, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.

Ensure timely, high-quality execution across multiple teams.
3. Go-to-Market Planning & Launch

Build launch strategies for new features, campaigns, or markets.

Coordinate marketing, sales, and customer success teams for smooth rollouts.

Define success metrics and track campaign performance.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Processes

Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales.

Maintain clear processes, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks.

Continuously improve workflows for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
5. KPI Tracking & Stakeholder Communication
- Monitor key metrics such as user acquisition, conversions, and engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results internally and with external partners.
Requirements
- Project & Product Leadership: Experience managing digital product initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven success launching products or campaigns and driving adoption.
- Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Connect KPIs to tactical execution; make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at coordinating with ops, engineering, marketing, sales, and design.
- Data & Metrics: Comfortable with analytics tools, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare tech, early-stage startups, or AI products.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work remotely with own work-from-home setup.
