Head Bartender | Dubai | Luxury Beach Club Join the vibrant team at a prestigious 5-star hotel beach club in Dubai! We’re seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury beachfront setting. Key Responsibilities Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to luxury standards Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to maintain high performance Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations Collaborate with F&B management to develop seasonal menus and promotions Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the bar area Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality (alcohol service required) Proven leadership in bar or beverage operations Strong mixology skills and product knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage a team Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Ready to relocate and start immediately Package Salary: AED 6,500 GROSS Tips: AED 2,700–10,000 Service Charge: AED 700 Bonus Flight Ticket Visa Sponsorship Medical Insurance 5 days work / 2 days off Accommodation and transport are not provided.
