Job Description
Oversee a team of 3 Field Guides – mentor, train, manage.
Game drives.
Game Walks.
Hosting guests.
Lodge, reserve and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications
FGASA Level 2 (NQF4)
First Aid
PDP & valid driver`s licence
DEAT
NDT registration
Lead Trails Guide
Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH)
Advanced 44 driving course qualification would be a bonus
Skills
- Must be mature, confident, stable and an analytical thinker
- Strong Technical skills
- Highly presentable and well-spoken
- Team leader & strong mentorship skills
- Must have excellent guest relations skills and be confident when hosting
- +/- 5 year`s experience in a Big 5 reserve
